Our JCE article, “Evidence for the Effectiveness of Inquiry-Based, Particulate-Level Instruction on Conceptions of the Particulate Nature of Matter” was the result of working together within the Target Inquiry program for two and a half years. We both reflect on the Target Inquiry program, discuss several activities that were developed during that time that were designed to develop particle-level models of matter and our JCE article within our presentation.
